Welcome to Hockey With Ice
This podcast is an extension of our YouTube channel, social media accounts and blog at hockeywithice.uk.
We’ll be covering action across the European leagues, from the Swedish Hockey League, to Finland’s Liiga, from the Penny DEL in Germany to the Elite Ice Hockey League here in the UK. We’ll be looking at all of the NHL prospects but also all of the weird and the wonderful things that make up the different hockey fan cultures across the continent.
We’ll be following all of the international tournaments too, including the new NHL Four Nations event in February 2025.
And of course, there will be regular look-ins at the NHL. All of the news and key talking points plus sharing in the delights of being a hockey fan in what is a largely hockey-agnostic country.
As a hockey fan from England, which means I constantly have to clarify that when I say hockey I mean the version with ice, hence the name.
